Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains which data Your Flag Factory processes and why.

Data we collect

• Cart details are stored locally in your browser until checkout.
• Name, email address and shipping address are used to process and deliver your order.
• Payment details are processed directly by Stripe and are not stored by Your Flag Factory.

After successful payment, the necessary customer, delivery, product and print-file details are sent securely to Printen.eu for production administration and fulfilment.

Printen.eu account and design editor

Design-your-own products, account sign-in and saved designs open on Printen.eu. Those pages are governed by the Printen.eu privacy policy; Your Flag Factory does not copy your Printen.eu password or account session.

Security

We use encrypted connections and limit partner access with a shared secret. Payment processing takes place in Stripe’s secure environment.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability where applicable under the GDPR.

Cookies and local storage

Local storage remembers your cart, language and cookie choice. Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel only load after you accept optional marketing cookies. We use them to measure visits, checkout starts and completed purchases, including server-side purchase measurement for Meta. You can refuse optional cookies without losing shop functionality.
